Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our flowers and services

General

We're located in Hambledon, Surrey, just a few minutes from Godalming. Exact directions will be provided when you place an order or book a Pick Your Own session.

A CIC is a special type of limited company that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. Our profits are reinvested into community programmes, including our partnership with the Green Hub Project for Teens.

Our main growing season runs from approximately May through to September, depending on the weather. The exact availability of flowers varies week to week as different varieties come into bloom.

Ordering & Buckets

Simply visit our Shop page and choose your bucket size. You'll be taken to a secure checkout. We'll be in touch to confirm your collection date.

Our buckets are a seasonal mix of whatever is at its best that week, so the contents vary. That's part of the charm! If you have specific colour preferences, let us know in your order and we'll do our best.

After ordering, we'll confirm a collection slot at the farm. Flowers are freshly picked on the day of your collection to ensure they last as long as possible.

Yes! We sell direct to florists and have supplied flowers for weddings, events, and even a gold-winning arrangement at the Chelsea Flower Show. Drop us an email to find out more.

Flower Share

Our Flower Share is £200 for the full growing season. You'll receive a generous bucket of fresh seasonal flowers every fortnight from May through September (8 buckets in total). Collect from the farm on Tuesdays or enjoy free local delivery within 3 miles.

We offer delivery within 3 miles of the farm (Hambledon). This covers much of Godalming and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether you're in our delivery range, just ask!

Pick Your Own

Pick Your Own runs every Friday from June to September. Entry is just £5 per person — you then pick and pay for your flowers on site. We provide scissors, a bucket, and wrapping. Tea and cake are usually available too!

Absolutely! Children are very welcome and usually love the experience. Under-12s go free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please keep an eye on little ones near the flower beds.

We run our events in light rain — it's a farm after all! If the weather is truly awful, we'll contact you in advance to rearrange. Wellies and waterproofs are always a good idea.

The farm is on natural ground which can be uneven in places. We do our best to keep main paths clear, but please get in touch if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll see how we can help.
